Credit Limit can be quickly implemented in any environment.

It as been designed specifically for Microsoft Excel 2000 and following versions, and offers you the greatest level of simplicity, effectiveness, control and above all… freedom.

Credit Limit includes complex procedures to leverage as much as possible the spreadsheet, in order to process indexes and ratios, build at-a glance graphs, and easily manage the operations for selecting and search information. Users can then custom the results by modifying the ‘weights’, the tolerance margins, and the maximum thresholds, as well as by creating new indexes, and inserting formulas and functions as one would normally do with any Excel spreadsheet.




The steps towards a solution are:


Monthly input data

Each month, some basic indexes and information are gathered for each customer.
If there are a lot of customers, it would be advisable to use a query on the management software, in order to reduce the time for the acquisition and population of the base file. The manual option is always available.


Credit Limit Update

Within the main application, through a specific command, it is possible to update the database. The system obtains the monthly data by processing all the positions based on the indexes (e.g. dynamic credit limits’ indexes, DSO with 'back method').



Analysis

After the processing phase, Credit Limit provides the user with an updated situation for each client, both summarised and detailed.
Besides the search and reading functions, users can run their on simulations, by modifying variable parameters or by directly acting on the tool for calculating credit limits’ reviews.
